“Do You accept Such and Such insurance?”

The answer again will usually be Yes. We accept most insurances and are providers for BCBS and Medicare

Or “How much insurance will cover or how much will my visit cost?”

We have a great program here in the office where the first visit will be no more than $57 no matter what. And if your insurance covers some of this amount, your payment will be credited towards future visits. And most people only pay around $20.

When you come in for care the Doctor will meet with you to see what is wrong with you, if we can help, how long it will take and how much it will cost. The doctor will explain all of this up front and then you can choose to begin care or not. There is no pressure or obligation. How Long Will It Take Before I Feel Better?
Most people notice changes with in two to three visits. Some people notice a difference after the first visit. However, some people do take longer, especially if it is a long standing problem. My goal is to keep your follow-up visits as minimal as possible. I want to empower you with knowledge and information so that you will have the tools to get healthy and stay healthy.

What Do I Do With Supplements I am already taking?
You should stay on them. You will receive recommendations targeted specifically for you. One of the ways we are able to assist you in this area is with a sophisticated Neuromusculor Biofeedback. This is basically asking the intelligence with in your body, the best "doctor" in the world, what its recommendations are for your supplements.

How Will You Know What Is Wrong With Me?
That is the beauty of BodyTalk. We don't have to know what is wrong with you. Your success in healing is not limited by our ability to Diagnose what is wrong with you. BodyTalk and the innate wisdom of your being guides us to help improve the communication with in your being, so your Body can heal itself. It does this independent of whether or not you have an accurate Diagnosis. And usually, it happens "better" if there is no Diagnosis present. This is possible because the Diagnosis tells you nothing about the cause or how to help the body heal. It is the innate wisdom of the body that guides us to help it make the changes necessary so it CAN heal, just like when you cut your finger.

What Happens on My First Visit?
Your First Visit The Doctor will go over your Life History with you to begin to get an overall picture of where you are now, and everything that has contributed to that over the course of your entire life. You will also receive a BodyTalk session, which consists of you lying down and relaxing as the Doctor lightly touches reflex points in your body, and then lightly taps on your head to stimulate the brain to fix itself, and then on the heart to permanently encode the changes in your cellular memory. We will then go over what we did, and the changes you can expect to see. We will then schedule for your second visit.

What Will Happen on the Second Visit?
On the second visit there will be a mini consultation, to see how you are doing, and to answer any questions you might have. You will then probably have a live cell analysis done on you. This will help us and you get a clear understanding of everything that is going on in your body. Everything from Hormonal balance, toxicity, infections and parasites, to organ and immune function. You will also receive your second BodyTalk session. We will review what was done, and the changes you can expect to see.

How Long Will I Be In The Office?
For the initial visit, you will be in our office for about 50-60 minutes. Regular visits may take 10-30 minutes.

Will I Be Seen On Time?
Your time is important and I strive to stay on schedule. However, in order to maintain this goal and commitment, it is important for you to arrive on time or slightly early for you session. If you do find yourself waiting for me to finish with a previous session, treat it as a time for relaxation. It can be a gift in the middle of the day.

What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Appointment?
We do require 24 hour notice for any cancellation. If you do have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will have to charge you $50 for the missed session. If this is a situation beyond your control, the fee may be waived. This is evaluated on a case by case basis. To be fair, I will pay you $50 if I cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice for a reason that is beyond my control.

How Much Will The Investment of All This Great Care Be?

Will Insurance Cover My Visit?
We accepts most major insurance companies. You do not even need chiropractic benefits for your insruance company to cover your visits. If you insurance company pays for doctor visits, it will probably cover your care with us. Call US if you have any questions about you insurance provider. Unfortunately, HMO plans will not cover our services.

What About Medicare or Medicaid?
Unfortunately, I am not involved with either of the systems. I have elected to choose a private contracting system. This allows individuals to pay out of pocket for their services they receive with me, but completely restricts them from submitting any bills for Medicare reimbursement. There are very specific federal guidelines and regulations and if I violate them it is a felony charge which may actually cause me to go to jail.
