So
first, what is arthritis?
Arthritis just means joint inflammation in Latin.
In easy to understand terms arthritis is simply a breakdown
of your cartilage. And cartilage is the cushion or padding
between all the joints in your body. When this padding breaks
down, that is when you start getting pain.
So
arthritis is a breakdown of your cartilage.
Before
I go into how it is now possible to heal your arthritis
pain in 3 weeks I want to tell you a little story related
to how this works.
Imagine
for a moment you want to build a brick house.
But – You don’t have any bricks. How well is
it going to work?
It
is not going to work.
Now
lets say you have some bricks, but you don’t’
have any mortar to build the brick house with, how well
is it going to work?
It
is not going to work either.
Now
lets say you have some bricks and mortar, but you have no
brick layer there to build the house with the bricks and
mortar, how well is it going to work?
Again,
it isn’t going to work.
So
what does this have to do with arthritis?
If
you want to heal your arthritis that means you need to rebuild
your cartilage.
In building cartilage you need bricks, mortar and a brick
layer to build it.
The
Bricks
Gelatin (the most common brand of gelatin is knox gelatin)
contains all the necessary co-factors, minerals, proteins,
etc you need to build up cartilage. Gelatin (and I am not
talking about jello here – that is chemically manufactured
garbage) is the bricks from the analogy.
If
you want to build up your cartilage but you do not have
the gelatin – which are the bricks, how well is it
going to work to heal your cartilage?
It isn’t.
Gelatin
is even better than MSM or Glucosamines, or any of the expensive
supplements you could take. Because it has everything you
need. Not just the proteins.

packet of the knox gelatin a day is a good average. Put
it in a warm glass of juice – you can do water but
I wouldn’t recommend it – and drink quickly
before it turns to jello. You can also make jello from it
and eat the whole packets worth each day.
How
long do you continue this? until your joints have healed
to the level you want.
The
Mortar
The mortar from the analogy is water. Cartilage is 90% water.
And without you drinking enough water, even if you have
all the bricks (gelatin) in the world, your cartilage will
not last. It will not be able to repair itself.
How
much water should you drink? Roughly half your body weight
in ounces each day. And the only thing that counts as water
is water.
Or
Until Your urine is a light yellow or clear color. Then
you know you have been drinking enough water.
The
Brick Layer
The last key ingredient is the brick layer. You need to
retrain your body to stop breaking down the cartilage and
to start re building it.
